Reality in VR
Thu 24th Nov 5:30-7:30pm
UWA Monadelphous Integrated Learning Centre (upstairs)
Paul Bourke is a pioneer with over 10 years’ experience at the leading edge of omnidirectional stereoscopic graphics, immersive video and large-scale tracking & display systems.
Despite rapid progress by the industry in 2016, capturing high-quality 360 degree imagery and video still poses significant challenges, particularly for stereoscopic content.
Join us as Paul presents fascinating insights from past projects, perspectives on today’s technologies and glimpses of what the future may hold.
A must-see if you’re interested in 360 video and VR.
Anyone interested in AR & VR is welcome and attendance is free.
Contact us if you want to give a presentation or demo your work after any of the presentation(s). That’s open to all and free too!
